More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Also featured in this new document release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct parts of the property.

Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
